Upon receipt, a refund will be issued within 48 hours less the original owners shipping, handling, and insurance charges being deducted.

Please note to complete the process submissions must meet Gallery admission criteria as the work you wish to consign being (1) fine art, (2) authentic, (3) in good condition and (4) listed at a fair and reasonable sale price. Upon acceptance by The Gallery, your work will be displayed within five working days. A self-addressed stamped envelop must be included to return your photograph and a Gallery signed Agreement as to the payment terms (as stated above) agreed to by you.
